With capacity for tests of up to 50 kV, currents of 100 kA with an 8/20 µs waveform and 20 kA with a 10/350 µs waveform, among other waveforms, the laboratory performs tests on SPDs (Surge Protective Devices) of Classes I, II, and III, in compliance with IEC 60060, IEC 61643-11, NBR 6939, and IEC 62305-1 standards.
