: With the tap test function, turns ratio and measurement error at each tap position are quickly measured. With the blind test function, there's no need to choose the connection method, group, or externally short-circuit transformers (Y/Δ) and (Δ/Y), as the connection method is automatically changed based on the selected test content.

The suitcase applies low voltage to the primary winding and measures induced voltage in the secondary winding through its voltage sensors. Turns ratio is calculated by the ratio of voltage in the primary winding to voltage in the secondary winding.

Based on the measurements taken, the equipment calculates the transformer's turns ratio. This value is then compared to manufacturer specifications (previously entered into the equipment's database) to ensure it falls within acceptable tolerances.

Test results are displayed on the suitcase's LCD screen in numerical format and hexagonal vector diagram, clearly identifying the transformer's connection group.

 Data can be printed via a printer connected to the suitcase, stored in internal storage, and exported via USB and RS232 ports for communication and upload manipulation.
