Designed for precise multichannel temperature measurement, the device provides safety and control in critical power generation, transmission, and distribution applications. With 4 temperature measurement channels for PT100 sensors (range from 0 to 200 °C), the relay allows for individual adjustment of alarms and trip settings for intelligent thermal protection. The system features 5 configurable output relays, a proportional analog output (0–10 V, 0–20 mA, or 4–20 mA), and Modbus RTU communication via RS-485, enabling easy remote monitoring and parameterization. In addition, a memory card records trigger events and a continuous temperature history for over 5 years, ensuring traceability and operational reliability. Among its key features are: • Intelligent thermal protection and control for dry-type transformers, oil-filled transformers, and electrical panels. • High-precision temperature measurement via 4 independent PT100 channels with galvanic isolation and high noise immunity. • Flexible operation with 5 programmable relays for alarm, trip, internal failure (fail-safe), and cooling control. • Integrated data logger via non-volatile memory card, with channel recordings every minute for over 5 years and a dedicated event log. • Intuitive local interface for real-time monitoring and versatile mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail or panel-mounted. The HVEX Thermal Relay meets the requirements of major industrial standards and protection ratings, such as IP20 and electromagnetic immunity guidelines, ensuring compliance and safety for your installation.
